Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges (unless you have received the incorrect size). You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive any item of your choice.

What are the shipping options?
Shipments usually take 3-15 days to be delivered to their destination, as far as "Standard" shipping is concerned. However, due to the "Covid-19" pandemic there may be delays. If, on the other hand, a faster shipment is desired, just contact us privately through one of the channels available on the site and request the service. All shipments are, in any case, guaranteed. If the package is not delivered, or the item is delivered damaged or not working, our company will in any case refund the amount paid.

When will I receive my order?
Delays can occur during a high-volume sale period. We are working hard to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.
Note. Our Team are doing everything to protect the well-being and safety of our community as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world. As such, you may experience a longer delay in order processing before your package ships out, we really appreciate your patience and apologise for any extended wait time. -

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments through the most famous credit card and online payment circuits such as: Paypal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and many others.

How do I make changes to an order I have already submitted?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted. We advise that you chose items carefully before checking out. Are there any additional taxes/charges when shipping outside of Italy? International shipping may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees which is then imposed once the items have reached the country of destination and is the responsibility of the receiver.

Our registered office is in Italy. However, our warehouses are located in various parts of the world.
